Stainless steel pipes are widely used in many sectors of the economy due to the properties of the material from which they are made. These properties include:

This determines their use in pipelines for various purposes in chemical and petrochemical industries, oil and gas transportation, oil and gas processing, pulp and paper, food, pharmaceutical industry, housing and communal services, etc. Profile pipes (i.e. with rectangular or square cross-section) are used to create supporting and supporting structures in construction. Stainless steel pipes can have a matte, polished or mirror surface and look attractive, which allows them to be used in the design of buildings, interiors, furniture. 

The unique properties of stainless steel are provided by a reduction in the proportion of carbon and the presence of alloying additives (chromium, nickel, titanium) in the composition of the alloy in various proportions. The most widely used steel grades are AISI 304, 316, 321 (the Russian equivalent of 12x18h10t).

AISI 304 steel pipes are one of the most common types of stainless steel products. The composition of the alloy provides resistance to oxidative processes and aggressive environments. These pipes are highly ecological: 304 steel belongs to the type of food alloys.

AISI 316 pipes are made of so-called marine steel, resistant to the effects of sea water, so they are used in shipbuilding and in various underwater communications.

Pipes 12x18n10t belong to the category of heat-resistant. They are not afraid of temperature changes, have high anticorrosive properties, are able to withstand heavy loads, and are highly ecological. They have an attractive appearance due to the silvery surface.
